FTC sues to block Microsofts acquisition of Activision Blizzard

Smith previewed Microsofts arguments against blocking the deal in a Wall Street Journal opinion piece published earlier this week, saying it would be a "huge mistake." He pointed attention toward Apple and Google , saying that while mobile gaming is a fast growing and high revenue segment, those two app store operators take a "significant portion" of those earnings through their fees on developers.
