I have tendered my resignation from the Placer County Democratic Central Committee (DCC) effective December 15, 2022. In 2012, I had the opportunity to help with the Obama campaign phone banking in Placer County. Through him I met Wes Clark and was soon helping with the DCC’s Mobilize, Organize, Elect (MOE) account (AKA the voter file). Eventually, I was appointed as a DCC representative from Placer County’s 5th supervisorial district. We were able to elect a DACA recipient as a delegate to the California Democratic Party (CADEM) convention before any other DCC.
