Summary
The TAS must work closely with the Talent Development Specialist and other regional resources to facilitate placement of candidates based on identified needs. • Provide support to stores within the region for recruitment of Associates, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, FSM’s, AFSM’s and CXM’s (or a subset of these positions) • Includes placing of ads, direct recruitment and contacting of candidates, following up on referrals and recommendations within region. • The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional who possesses 3+ years of experience in the field of recruitment, preferably in the retail environment. • Results oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently. • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management on recruitment issues in a professional and confidential manner.
