Italian industrial IoT startup Zerynth raises €5.3 million

Italy-based industrial internet of things (IoT) company Zerynth has raised 5.3 million in a round described as one of Italys biggest ever IIoT fundraises. The digital transformation of supply chains is well underway and has been for a few years now. The 5.3 million raise brings its lifetime funding to 7.3 million, following a 2 million injection two years back. The funding will go to recruitment, product development and partnership deals with "major industrial players". Proceeds will help Zerynth launch new features which merge IIoT and artificial intelligence.
