RFX Group launches short lead-time micro miniature crystal

▤ Summary

Available in fundamental mode frequencies from 12 to 96MHz, typical production quantity lead-times are only 3 to 4 weeks. The new vacuum sealed RFX-21 with 4-pad design is available with an operating temperature range out to -40 to 85°C, an adjustment tolerance of ±20ppm at 25°C and frequency stability down to ±10ppm. Ageing is limited to ±3ppm per year whilst ESR is between 30Ω minimum and 180Ω maximum. In line with the requirements of the latest generation of ASICs and microprocessors, the load capacitance can be customer specified down to 8pF or Series. Typical applications include any product where board space is at a premium such as IoT devices, smart cards, USBs, Wi-Fi etc.
