Medallia, Inc., a leader in customer and employee experience executed the acquisition of Mindful, a leader in callback automation and portfolio company of Alpine Investors. Mindful is the leading provider of callback technology for nearly 400 of the world’s top brands. Alpine acquired Mindful, then known as Virtual Hold Technology (VHT), in 2018 and helped transform the company. Alpine Investors is a private equity firm headquartered in San Francisco and focused on investments in the software and services industries. The Willkie team was led by partner Patrick Sandor (Picture) and included associates Neda Raeker and Ryan Peloquin.
