Lafayette, LA, October 01, 2014 --( The importance of effective safety training in hazardous work environments is imperative to ensuring immunity from accidents, specifically in the oil and gas industry in Acadiana.Immersive training offers real-time true-to-life scenarios that trainees can practice on that is replicated in form and function, turning passive learners into active, engaged participants.As part of that partnership the LITE product development team designed an immersive game-based simulation training program that has been distributed to Frank’s International employees around the world.Louisiana Immersive Technologies Enterprise (LITE) is the worlds first and only data visualization facility created as a private/public partnership that focuses on video game based simulation training and digital media.Not only do we create high-tech data visualization solutions, but our facility also boasts four high-powered visualization venues that can be rented out and we work directly with Lafayette Economic Development Authority’s (LEDA) Opportunity Machine to partner with local small businesses.Frank’s International N.V. is a global oil services company that provides a broad and comprehensive range of highly engineered tubular services to leading exploration and production companies in both offshore and onshore environments, with a focus on complex and technically demanding wells.
