MAIN, Germany – Bosch Rexroth has agreed to acquire the motion control specialist Elmo Motion Control Ltd, headquartered in Petach-Tikva, Israel. Elmo develops and produces electrical high-end servo drives and motion controls for industrial automation. Bosch and Elmo signed an agreement to that effect on September 4th, 2022. The purchase price will not be disclosed. The transaction is subject to antitrust approvals.
