LifePoint Health Signs Agreement to Acquire Majority Ownership Interest in Springstone

The transaction is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including routine regulatory notices, and is expected to be finalized in early 2023. Its inpatient and outpatient programs provide children and adults with treatment of mental illness and addiction, offering a broad scope of services for a diverse patient population.
