▤ Summary

This parameter activates the electronic signature in the incoming invoices. If this parameter is activated here, the access right "IncomingInvoiceApproval" must be assigned to the person authorised to do so. Only then can the electronic signature be assigned to or withdrawn from an incoming invoice. This procedure only serves to inform whether an incoming invoice has been approved or not. This is also traceable because the process of the electronic signature is logged (both granting and revoking).
