This allows the 220 GHz probe to connect directly to the mmWave module for accurate, stable on-wafer measurements, avoiding the limitations of threaded connectors. In partnership with Anapico AG, Anritsu will showcase an example of its comprehensive offering of RF and microwave solutions dedicated to Quantum Computing.
