Differing state, local and municipal regulations have created a relatively fragmented market across the U.S. in this sector, and we believe inorganic development will continue to account for a sizable portion of customer base expansion in this vertical. They have the added benefit that they allow the governments to operate with fewer people, and thats become a pain point for a lot of them, a key employee quits and all of a sudden the office doesnt run correctly anymore.
