Eclipse Foods, an Oakland, CA-based provider of sustainable, plant-based dairy products, raised over $40M in Series B funding. The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth of the business in retail and food service, and R&D on its proprietary plant-based dairy platform, build the team, and drive awareness.
