The company, which was founded in 2009, is an engagement, research management and analytics platform built by industry professionals for capital markets, which aims to help clients on both the sell and buy sides maximise revenue, efficiency and profitability. Earlier this year the firm pulled in more than $3bn of capital across two funds in a month.
