The round was led by OpenOcean, and joined by Wingman Ventures. The company intends to use the funds to roll out its SaaS product and develop its sales teams across the globe. Co-founded in 2020 by Dr. Laurent Balmelli and Ozrenko Dragic, Strong Network has built a Virtual Workspace Infrastructure, a Cloud IDE management platform, to accelerate code development using Cloud IDEs, software containers and secure web browsing so that organizations can empower developers to work from anywhere while keeping their source code, data and credentials secure. The platform enables companies to protect against the threat of source code, data and credential theft, and improve the efficiency of IT infrastructure processes leading to cost reduction. In the enterprise version, the platform can be installed on-premise or in the company’s private cloud.
