The certificate applies to the design, development, and supply of Dolphin assistive technology software. They ensure Dolphin delivers its products and services to consistently high standards. “After the initial assessment, the company were left with fourteen recommendations to work on which included developing a supplier approval process and documentation control. These were all completed within a timely manner and the company worked hard to achieve their ISO 9001 certification”.
