Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 2 Details Leak

Were expecting it to launch in June, but a Korean retailer just leaked details of the Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 2 ahead of the official reveal. Both processors are quad-core 10nm chips, but the Core i5-1135G7 has a larger Smart Cache and higher Turbo frequency. When we reported on the Go 2 rumors last month, it was expected the base configuration of the original, which shipped with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of eMMC storage, would remain. This new product listing only shows 8GB of RAM and a 128GB SSD, which sounds like a much more capable laptop and hopefully is the new base configuration. Microsoft is sticking with the 12.4-inch display and 3:2 aspect ratio, the same port selection, and theres no hint that a backlit keyboard has been added.
