Matt Goche appointed President and COO at Uniguest Group

Nashville, TN, 28th January 2022: Uniguest, a leading provider of digital engagement technology to multiple end markets, today announced important changes to its senior leadership team, notably the promotion of Matt Goche to the role of President and Chief Operating Officer. Since his appointment in 2016, Goche has been instrumental in the evolution and growth of the Uniguest organization, and his new role will enable him to further expand his impact. Additional organizational changes to support Uniguest’s strategic expansion include Lee Horgan, Chief Revenue Officer broadening his leadership responsibilities to include Product Management and overseeing Volara, Uniguest’s voice division. Mike Rethage is also being recognized as EVP, Senior Living, Touchtown. Ensuring further organizational alignment, Steve Rickless, Tripleplay CEO, will assume additional responsibility for the recently acquired UCView and Planet eStream businesses while Carlos Amoros, EVP Sales, Tripleplay will be expanding his role to oversee Tripleplay Sales for Asia Pacific in addition to EMEAI.
