niki.ai, a Bangalore, India-based AI startup which has launched a Chatbot to simplify ordering, raised a seed funding round.The company will use the funds for product development and expansion service offerings.Founded in April 2015 by four IIT Kharagpur alumni – Sachin Jaiswal, Keshav Prawasi, Nitin Babel and Shishir Modi, niki.ai has released its kind chatbot that understands human language in the context of product or service that users would buy, guides them with recommendations to find the right service and enables the purchase.In its current avatar, available only in India, Niki is available on android and supports recharge and cab booking.In the long-run, Niki will be powered with voice capabilities, will feature integrations with all online platforms across web and smartphones, and will also be accessible on calls or sms.
