Sensata Technologies Reports Third Quarter 2020 Financial Results

• Revenue declined 7.5% from the third quarter of 2019 on an organic basis, which excludes a 0.3% increase from foreign currency exchange rates versus the prior year period. • Changes in foreign currency exchange rates increased Sensatas adjusted earnings per share by $0.07 in the third quarter of 2020 compared to the prior year period. • Revenue declined 17.4% from the nine months ended September 30, 2019 on an organic basis, which excludes a (0.5)% decrease from foreign currency exchange rates versus the prior year period. • Changes in foreign currency exchange rates increased Sensatas adjusted earnings per share by $0.09 in the nine months ended September 30, 2020 compared to the prior year period.
