WARNING: This ad has expired and is no longer valid as of March 14, 2019 LEGAL NOTICE NO. 641 Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Engineer, Annex Building, 20 E. Central Ave., City of Miamisburg, State of Ohio for the following improvement: 2019 SIDEWALK, CURB & GUTTER PROGRAM Until 12:00 oclock, noon, on March 14, 2019, Miamisburg time, at which time proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Copies of the plans and specifications, the estimated quantities of the items of work, the proposal and contract forms are available at the City Engineers Office, 20 E. Central Ave., Miamisburg, Ohio 45342. They may be obtained upon the payment of $30.00 (Thirty Dollars) for each set of documents, payable to the City of Miamisburg, NONE OF WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED. Each bid shall contain the full name of every person or company interested in same, and shall be accompanied by a certified check or cashiers check upon some solvent bank, or a bond executed by a Surety Company authorized to do business in Ohio, or bonds of the United States or the City of Miamisburg for the sum equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid submitted, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured.
