Advent seals double deal for fitness management software pair Zingfit, Triib

Advent International has made another two investments in the boutique fitness management software sector by picking up Zingfit and Triib. Both companies will become part of Advent’s existing portfolio business Transaction Services Group, joining fellow boutique fitness software provider Mariana Tek purchased three months ago. Advent assistant director Douglas Hallstrom said, “Both acquisitions present an attractive growth opportunity for TSG as we continue to build upon our presence within the boutique fitness space. “Zingfit’s large and exciting customer base and well-established technology makes it a superb addition. “Coupling this with Triib’s focus on independent, personal training and community-focused gyms furthers our ability to operate holistically across the boutique fitness sector and create scale in the ecosystem.” Advent’s TSG provides integrated software and payments options to the health and wellness and childcare sectors.
