Summary
Park Place Technologies had a busy 2019 for acquisitions, and it didnt take the Mayfield Heights-based data center hardware maintenance company long to make its first deal of 2020. On Wednesday morning, Jan. 8, Park Place announced it has bought the network operations center (NOC) business of Cleveland-based IntelliNet Corp. A Park Place spokesperson said in an email that the company was not disclosing terms of the transaction, or the number of employees and sales at the acquired business. The first came last August, when Park Place bought Entuity, a global network analytics business. "Now, we offer our customers an aggregated service delivery platform with the ability to monitor and remediate hardware, networks, operating systems and applications."
