Dragon Dictate 2.0 for Mac: the Ars review
Summary
In look and feel, the software maintains the original Dictate interface, most notably the charcoal gray overlay box that shows the programs status and its recent phrase recognition. The truth of the matter is that the M-150 is so painful to use that youll rarely find yourself looking forward to using it (not to mention that it feels cheap, flimsy, and barely lasts longer than a drunken fratboy in bed). And heres that same text when I read it to Dragon Dictate (mistakes are in bold): Really, if you want a tablet that badly and youre on a budget, save up enough cash to get one that is actually gotten some respect from somebody-consumers, open-source nerds, we dont care who. The truth of the matter is that the M-150 is so painful to use that youll rarely find yourself looking forward to using it (not to mention that it feels cheap, flimsy, and barely lasts longer than a drunken frat boy in bed). Thats less of an issue now with so many included names, and its an untouted but real benefit of the underlying improvement to Nuances speech recognition models and dictionaries over the last few years.
