Battery Ventures leads $37m BounceX Series B round

Battery Ventures has led a $37m Series B financing round for marketing campaign behavioural software business BounceX.The company said that over the next two years it plans to expand to 600 employees globally with a concentration in its New York and UK offices.More than 350 companies currently work with BounceX, including Uniqlo, Neiman Marcus, Forever21, Samsonite, Hugo Boss, Avis and JetBlue.Battery general partner Neeraj Agrawal said, “BounceX is a company truly delivering tangible benefit to customers.“We’re also impressed with the company’s ability to expand into new categories like financial services and travel while also adding new products, accelerating growth and remaining capital efficient.”
