HubSpot, a Cambridge, Massachusetts-based provider of all-in-one marketing software for small and medium sized businesses, acquired @oneforty, a social media marketing company headquartered in Cambridge, MA.Following the transaction, @oneforty’s CEO Laura Fitton and her team will be joining HubSpot’s team in its Cambridge office.The acquisition will grow the team at HubSpot to 285 people.@oneforty’s directory of social media applications will merge into the @HubSpot App Marketplace, an app store for marketing while features from the product SocialBase will be incorporated into the HubSpot product.Two months ago HubSpot acquired @Performable while in March it received $32m in Series D funding from Sequoia Capital, Google Ventures, and Salesforce.com (read here) The company is led by CEO Brian Halligan.
