People try to rush in over their lunch hour or after work so that they can get their blood drawn and get on with their life. And the front office staff would be constantly paging me that there were phone calls or patients in the waiting room while I tried to eat. I tried several times to explain to the receptionists that there was only one of me and I needed at least ten to fifteen minutes to eat and take a mini break.
