LogicGate Raises $113M in Series C Funding

LogicGate, a Chicago, IL-based provider of risk and compliance solutions, raised $113m in Series C funding. The round was led by PSG, with continued participation from Greenspring Associates. The new capital, which brings LogicGate’s total funding to date to $156m, will accelerate product advancements — notably, a risk quantification solution set to be released later this year — and the expansion of its partner ecosystem, international presence and security posture. Since its inception in 2015, the company has created enterprise technology for accurately assessing, monitoring, actioning, and pivoting GRC programs.
