Employee Navigator Raises $34M in Equity Financing

The company intends to use the funds to hire across all functions and expand its product offerings. Led by George Reese, Founder and CEO, Employee Navigator is a benefits, compliance, and HR software provider, which currently works with more than 2,000 brokers nationwide, providing benefits administration and HR products to over 50,000 companies and 10 million employees and dependents. The company began licensing its benefits and HR products to insurance brokers in 2012 and has expanded its offerings to partner with the nation’s leading insurance carriers, payroll companies, and third-party administrators (TPAs) to provide a unified benefits and HR solution.
