Cien Completes $3.5M Seed Funding Round

The round was led by Elaia ($1.2M) with participation from the founders and private investors. In conjunction with the transaction, Xavier Lazarus, Partner at Elaia, is joining Cien’s board of directors. The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its market presence in North America. Led by Rob Kall, CEO, Cien provides plug and play software that calculates over 100 million predictions per day and uncovers tens of millions of dollars in lost sales opportunities. The company also operates a Center of Excellence for data science and artificial intelligence in Barcelona.
