MemberSuite Raises $11M in Series B Funding

MemberSuite, an Atlanta, GA-based provider of SaaS management solutions for associations and nonprofits, raised $11m in Series B funding.The round was led by Revolution Ventures, with participation from Fidelis Partners, Angel Investment Management, Accomplice Partners, and Alerion Ventures.The company, which has raised $19.6m to date, plans to use the funds to add over 50 team members, with a focus on hiring in sales, marketing, and engineering in the Atlanta region.Founded in 2010 by MIT graduate Andrew A. Ryan, MemberSuite provides a cloud-based platform and analytics platform to enable associations and nonprofits to accomplish every activity to serve their constituents and operate more efficiently.Activities include member management, billing, conference management, certification and higher education management, and fundraising.
