ClauseMatch, a London, UK-based fintech and regtech startup, raised £1.25m in seed funding.Speedinvest made the investment.The company intends to use the funds to scale its product globally.Led by Evgeny Likhoded, CEO and Co-Founder, ClauseMatch provides Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations and Risk teams at banks, financial institutions, legal firms and other large enterprises with a SaaS based smart document management platform which works as a collaborative editor containing in its core a detailed workflow, where comments, approvals and changes are a part of a full audit trail, providing control of content.The company, a graduate of Techstars Barclays accelerator program in 2014, is also backed by SparkLabs Global Ventures, TechStars, Tom Glocer and Cristobal Conde.
