MemberSuite Raises $3.5M in Series A Funding

MemberSuite, an Atlanta, GA-based provider of association management software, raised $3.5m in Series A funding.According to Atlanta Business Chronicle, backers included Fidelis Capital Partners and Bonaventure Capital.The company, which plans to raise an additional $1m in venture debt next month, intends to use the funds to for product development and sales efforts.Led by CEO Andrew Ryan, MemberSuite provides cloud-based association management solutions for associations and non-profits of all sizes to accomplish every activity they need to serve their constituents.It features modules including CRM, Financials, Events, Billing, Order & Inventory, Committees, E-Marketing, Fundraising, Prospects, Document, Career Center, Certifications, Accreditation, Concierge Data Loader, Advertising, Awards & Competitions, Subscriptions, Exhibits, Volunteers and Legislative Affairs, and a dedicated professional services team.
