Halp Raises $2.6M to Transform IT Support with Conversational Ticketing

Announcing Halp, a conversational ticketing solution for IT teams allowing them to assign, prioritize, and answer requests from Slack in a message-based interface. The funding will be used to grow and scale Halp, fueling the startup as it builds the next generation of internal support software.The company launched in 2017 as BubbleIQ, an integration between Slack and Zendesk.
