The money comes from local investment firms, Superhero Capital and state-owned Tekes. VibeCatch, founded in 2015 and ed by CEO Juha Huttunen, developed the Quality of Work Life Index (QWL), a product that, via a staff survey, measures the employee performance using validated scientific methodology. The product, available against a subscription starting from $2700 per year, aims to help companies by linking employee engagement to productivity and financial results, giving them the opportunity to find what areas would benefit the most from developmental investments.
