OrderYoyo, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based developer of a food ordering app, raised approx.In conjunction with the deal, Ulla Brockenhuus-Schack, managing partner at Seed Capital, will join OrderYoyo’s board, along with Preben Damgaard and Jesper Johansen.The company intends to use the funds to continue to develop the platform and expand operations.Led by CEO Thor Angelo, Orderyoyo is developing a freemium web and mobile ordering app and printer terminal for restaurants to reach and engage customers.Availble on the web, for iOS and Android, the system enables restaurant managers to communicate directly with regular customers and deliver offers and new menus.
