doForms Closes $2.7M in Second Round of Funding

doForms, Inc., a Cranford, NJ-based mobile forms company, closed $2.7m in its second round of funding.Backers reamined undisclosed.The company intends to use the funds to further accelerate its penetration into enterprise-sized businesses.Launched in April 2013 by John Darienzo, CEO, doForms provides a mobile workforce enablement platform which eliminates paper-based processes with mobile solutions that provide field data collection, integrating directly into backend operating systems.The company has thousands of customers.
