Foresight invests £2.5m into B2B SaaS provider Accrosoft

Summary

Based in Loughborough, Accrosoft is a software as a service company with two products currently in the market, Vacancy Filler, an Applicant Tracking System which automates the recruitment process for organisations and Weduc, an engagement tool to enable parent-teacher communication. The product now boasts over 200 customers across a range of sectors, including supermarket Aldi, which manages over 4,000 daily applications. Tim co-founded collaboration technology business MeetingZone and was previously Chairman of Esendex, a Darwin investment, where he oversaw significant growth before exit to HG Capital in 2017. Foresight has over £2.5 billion of Assets Under Management across a number of funds, including Listed Vehicles, Limited Partnerships, Enterprise Investment Schemes (EISs), Venture Capital Trusts (VCTs) and Inheritance Tax Solutions using Business Property Relief (BPR). Foresight was recently a shortlisted finalist in the 2018 Unquote British Private Equity Awards as Venture and Growth Capital House of the Year.
