Farmington healthcare software maker Innovatient Solutions has raised $1.3 million in equity, it disclosed in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing. Innovatient, which makes software that connects patients and clinical teams, said its trying to sell a total of $5.9 million. Connecticut Innovations has invested more than $1.2 million in the company since 2011. Daniel Wagner, CIs managing director of investments, is on Innovatients board of directors. The Hartford Business Journal has reached out to Innovatient for comment on the equity raise.
