Pinpoint Raises $13.5M in Series A Funding

Pinpoint , an Austin, TX-based provider of an analytics platform for measuring and optimizing software engineering, raised $13.5m in Series A financing. Led by CEO Jeff Haynie, and Chief Product Officer, Nolan Wright, Pinpoint provides an analytics platform for software engineering. By applying machine learning to activity from a range of software lifecycle systems (Jira, GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket, SonarQube, etc. ), the system gives leaders a view of costs, results, efficiency and performance. The company has just formally launched its platform, which requires no change in work processes, and no manual inputs from teams.
