Thoras.ai, a San Francisco, CA-based company providing an AI-powered scaling and anomaly detection platform for cloud workloads, raised $1.5M in Pre-Seed funding. The round was led by Storytime Capital and Focal VC, with participation from Hustle Fund, Precursor Ventures, the Pitch Fund, and strategic angel investors. The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the product development of its platform to optimize and strengthen enterprise cloud computing. Leveraging machine learning, the system can autonomously forecast the needs of cloud workloads and offer recommendations to users on how to optimize services and prevent system failures, and intelligently minimize unpredictability and increases reliability for the cloud enterprise customer.
