The company intends to use the funds to expand its U.S. engineering team and grow its go-to-market (GTM) operations globally. Its InTERCEPT™ platform consolidates the essential elements of data loss prevention, user behavior analytics, and user activity monitoring in a single platform to detect and mitigate insider risks well before data loss occurs. Combining AI/ML with behavioral indicators, the company enables proactive insider risk management at scale without sacrificing employee privacy or network performance. To support its growth, DTEX expanded its C-suite with the appointment of Marshall Heilman as CEO, Rajan Koo as CTO, and Dave Salverson as CFO.
