Aqua Security Secures $60M in Funding

Aqua Security, a Boston, MA- and Ramat Gan, IL-based company which specializes in cloud native security, raised $60M in funding. The funding, an extension of the company’s Series E round, places Aqua’s valuation above $1B. The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach. Founded in 2015 and led by CEO Dror Davidoff, Aqua Security provides a protection platform (CNAPP) that sees and stops attacks across the entire cloud native application lifecycle. Aqua serves six of the top 10 banks in North America, and six of the top seven banks in Canada, making it the leading cloud native security provider for the financial services industry.
