MeetingPackage Raises $4.6M in Series A Funding

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth in Europe and to facilitate expansion into the North American market. Led by CEO Joonas Ahola, MeetingPackage provides a platform that allows hotels and event venues to sell, operate and manage their Meetings & Events spaces. Products include Venue & Sales Management Software, an online Booking Engine and a Meetings & Events specific Channel Manager. The self-service software features twelve different language versions and integrates with venues’ existing Property Management, Sales & Catering and back-office solutions. Hotel chains, individual hotels, restaurants, co-working spaces, event spaces, TMCs, OTAs and event marketplaces already use the platform.
