Ampcontrol Raises $10M in Series A Funding

Ampcontrol, a New York-based provider of an AI-powered software solution for fleet operators, raised $10M in Series A funding. The round was led by The Westly Group with participation from existing investors AngelPad and Lorimer Ventures. The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach. The software connects to the EV charging hardware and vehicle telematics to make real-time decisions and provide detailed monitoring tools to fleet operators. Customers include WattEV, First Bus, Revel, and one of the largest global commercial truck manufacturers.
