Ringover Raises €20M in Series B Funding

The company intends to use the funds to expand its R&D investments, mainly in the field of AI, and recruit in all departments. Led by Renaud Charvet, Co-founder and CEO, Ringover aims to transform the business phone system into a modern productivity tool via a cloud communication solution that combines telephony, video conferencing, SMS and group messaging. Ringover already integrates with more than 70 business tools (CRM software, helpdesks, productivity) and aims to double this figure in the coming months. In recent months, the company launched Cadence, a sales prospecting tool, and Empower, an AI-based conversational analysis solution. In addition to its existing presence in France, Spain, and the UK, Ringover has established an office in Atlanta, GA.
