Hive Raises $1.4M in Seed Funding

Hive, a NYC-based provider of a team collaboration platform, raised $1.4m in seed funding.The round was led by Tribeca Venture Partners with participation from funds and angel investors from Google and Grey Group.In conjunction with the funding, Chip Meakem of Tribeca Venture Partners joined Hive’s Board of Directors.Co-founded John Furneaux (ex-Global Head of Customer Success at huddle.com) and Eric Typaldos (ex-White House and Oracle platform architect), Hive provides a teamwork collaboration platform that puts all the team’s actions, messages and files on one page.Hive integrates with over 90 SaaS tools like Salesforce and Zendesk and file stores like Box and Google Drive.
