AuditFile Raises $3M in Funding

AuditFile, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of engagement solutions for CPA firms, raised $3m in funding.Backers included Banneker Partners, Tim Draper, Ray Tonsing, Green Visor Capital, Rothenberg Ventures, BoostVC and 500 Startups and more than two dozen individuals.The company intends to use the funds to increase sales efforts and enhance the app.Led by Brothers Steven and Kevin Bong, AuditFile provides a cloud-based solution that helps CPA to simplify their processes.FinSMEs 22/08/2014
