OptoFidelity Raises €3.6M in Funding

OptoFidelity Ltd, a Tampere, Finland-based provider of user interactions testing solutions for smart devices, raised €3.6M in funding.Backers included Finnish Industry Investment (FII) and the VisionPlus Fund.The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the opening of new service centres in the USA and China, and speed up the development of production testing offering by strengthening R&D resources in Finland.Led by Pertti Aimonen, CEO, OptoFidelity provides robot-assisted test solutions that improve the quality and user experience of smart devices, and accelerate and harmonize testing processes between R&D and volume production.Customers include world leading manufacturers of smart devices.
